Withdraw $2 billion in claims electric vehicle startup Nikola settles with Tesla

Back in 2018, Nikola sued Tesla, accusing tesla of plagiarizing several of its patented designs, including the design of the U-shaped windshield, body and side doors. For this, Nikola claimed $2 billion from Tesla.

According to foreign media reports, electric car startup Nikola (Nikola) recently withdrew its patent lawsuit against rival Tesla. According to a joint filing in federal court in San Francisco, the two companies have agreed to withdraw all lawsuits and counterclaims against each other.
