Since December 22, 2021, the Xianyang Municipal Public Security Bureau Party Member Epidemic Prevention and Control Commando Team has organized and coordinated with 30 police vehicles and more than 90 party members and cadres of the Municipal Bureau organs every night to carry out vehicle patrols and foot patrol prevention and control work in four groups in the main road sections of Xianyang City, focusing on strengthening the patrol of key targets such as street squares, transportation hubs, epidemic sealing and control areas, and nucleic acid testing sites.

On the evening of December 29, the bureau received a police report saying that a yellow code resident refused to cooperate with the community's home isolation and control measures. The party member epidemic prevention and control commando team quickly dispatched the police, emotionally reassured the residents of the household, and solemnly informed them that their behavior was suspected of violating the Public Security Administration Punishment Law, and then cooperated with the community epidemic prevention grid members to sign the street office isolation notice on the spot to complete the sealing and control management of the household.

Up to now, the bureau's party member epidemic prevention and control commando team has evacuated and gathered more than 50 people, persuaded more than 300 people who do not wear masks, persuaded and mediated 10 disputes, and patrolled more than 210 kilometers and more than 400 kilometers of car patrols.
