According to statistics, ARPU, a mobile user in Taiwan Province, ended 6 consecutive years of decline since 2015 in the second quarter of 2021 and achieved continuous growth in the third quarter. Among them, Asia-Pacific Telecom rose the most, With Chunghwa Telecom, Taiwan Big Brother and Yuanchuan Telecom ranking second to fourth, and small operator Taiwan Star rising less.

The scale of Users of Chunghwa Telecom reached 10.654 million, ranking first in the list. Big Brother taiwan has 7.114 million households and Yuanchuan Telecom has 7.05 million households. The remaining small operators are 4.726 million households.
