1, the flour ➕ sugar ➕ milk powder in the water and oil skin is mixed evenly, put in lard and water mixed to no dry powder ⚠️ Because the flour water absorption is different, if it is too dry, you can put 5 to 10 grams of water as an adjustment, and the final flour state is soft and non-sticky.
2: Knead into a smooth dough, knead for a while. Leave in a plastic bag and let for 30 minutes.
3, salted egg yolk seasoning in the puff pastry, flour and salt mixed evenly ⚠️ I used salted egg yolk seasoning, no salted egg yolk seasoning can be crushed with 60 grams of salted egg yolk, there is no need to put salt
4, put in the lard, wear disposable gloves and knead into a ball, the puff pastry is also soft
5: Wake up the dough, roll out into a rectangle, about 3010✖️puff pastry in a crisper bag and roll out into 2010✖️
