However, at present, only some cities implement "electronic insurance policies", which have not yet been fully promoted nationwide. Whether to post a compulsory insurance sign, it is also necessary to confirm whether the local electronic insurance policy has been implemented, and the official statement of the local public security traffic management department shall prevail.
However, in the recently revised "Measures for the Administration of Scoring of Road Traffic Safety Violations", the regulations have been deleted that "motor vehicles driving on the road have not placed inspection pass signs and insurance signs, and have not carried driving licenses and motor vehicle driving licenses with the car", which means that in the future, if the inspection pass signs and traffic insurance signs are not posted on the front windshield, they will not be fined.
Although the annual inspection standard is electronic, there are several issues that we must pay attention to:

However, after the completion of the annual inspection, the paper version of the conformity mark is no longer issued, and instead of an electronic version. The electronic version is displayed when needed and is no longer printed and pasted on the front windshield. Therefore, for vehicles that are still exempt from inspection for 6 years, it is important to remember: I will receive the electronic annual inspection mark every 2 years!!

For vehicles exempted from inspection for 6 years, the second page of the driving license does not need to be endorsed for validity.
According to the regulations:
From July 30, 2018, when registering, changing, or transferring vehicles exempted from inspection within 6 years, issuing inspection marks, and replacing the driving license business, the validity period of the inspection will no longer be endorsed on the secondary page of the driving license.
In other words, the second page of the vehicle driving license within the 6-year exemption does not need to endorse the validity period. However, if an accident occurs during the exemption period, or a car that has reached 6 years, after the vehicle passes the annual inspection, the auxiliary certificate of the driving certificate still needs to be signed for validity.
