Last night, the "Magnolia Blossom" theme performance commemorating the 100th anniversary of the birth of Yue opera master Xu Yulan was staged at the Wanping Theater, and the disciples of the "Xu Pai" across the country shared the stage to express their deep remembrance of a generation of Yue opera masters in the form of classic singing segments and original repertoire performances.
A sofa, a coffee table, a triangular cabinet, the stage side is arranged as the living room of Xu Yulan's home, in the melody of "The Long Road of Life", the narrator Song Huaiqiang slowly tells the flow process of Xu Yulan's life and the development, inheritance and dissemination of "Xu Pai" art from a third-party perspective. The famous "Xu Pai" performance artists Liu Jue and Wang Xiuyue also made a surprise appearance, recalling the bits and pieces of their mentors in this warm world.
