Chairman Mao said that he could not afford to provoke people, who was it? Why can't he mess with him?

A gentle gust of wind awakens the body that has been sleeping for a thousand years; a gentle gust of wind blows away the mysterious veil of history. Standing on the shoulders of time, I talk to history.

Wang Zhen fought bravely and was once known as the "Tiger General".

In 1934, Wang Zhen, then the political commissar of the Red Sixth Army, led the Red Sixth Army as the advance team of the Red Army's Long March, starting from Zhaiqianwei in Jiangxi Province, all the way through the encirclement and blockade of the enemy dozens of times that of our enemy, and on October 1, the Red Sixth Army captured the county town of Huangping on the border between Hunan and Guizhou. On the 7th, he entered Shiwu County, where he was preparing to take a short rest, but was ambushed by two divisions of Bai Chongxi's department of the Gui clan. Wang Zhen led the Red 53rd Regiment to break through, led by an old hunter, together with the Soldiers of the Red Army, used a machete to split a path from the barren mountains and wild ridges, and after a hard battle broke through the enemy's siege.

On April 12, 1935, during the Battle of Longjiazhai between the Red Second and Sixth Armies, Zhou Renjie, the commander of the 51st Regiment, was seriously wounded and sent down, and Wang Zhen came to the regimental command post to command the battle.

Wang Zhen rode on his horse and wielded a knife, charging forward, and the commanders and fighters of the whole regiment were like tigers and wings, launching a charge against the enemy and quickly occupying the enemy's position.

In this battle, Wang Zhen was wounded and bleeding, but he did not retreat and persisted until the end of the battle.

For Wang Zhen to personally visit the battlefield, He Long, who was the commander-in-chief of the Red Second and Sixth Armies at the time, was very annoyed, because every time a battle started, Wang Zhen always led the soldiers to charge forward, and the troops stipulated that senior commanders could only command from a kilometer away from the battlefield. Wang Zhen always smiled and admitted his mistakes and promised to pay attention to them next time, but every time a battle broke out, Wang Zhen couldn't help but take the lead in charging, and in Wang Zhen's own words, he was brought forward by the fighting spirit of the warriors.

Wang Zhen was through hundreds of battles, and the most impressive was the Battle of Xinkou in August 1937.

After Wang Zhen led the 359th Brigade to the designated location, he immediately disguised himself as an old man herding sheep and carefully reconnoitred the terrain. The troops fought fiercely with the Japanese for several days. In this battle, Wang Zhenbu killed and wounded more than 500 Japanese Kou and destroyed dozens of enemy cars. Immediately afterward, the 129th Division made a surprise attack on Yangmingbao Airfield, eliminating more than 100 defenders and destroying and injuring 24 enemy aircraft. The next day, Wang Zhen predicted that the Japanese Kou would retaliate against this fiasco, and led the 359Th Brigade to fight two ambushes, killing and wounding more than 350 Japanese Kou and destroying more than 30 cars. Then, after more than 20 consecutive battles, the entire 120th Division annihilated more than 1,200 Japanese Kou and completely cut off the Japanese and Kou transportation supply lines. Later, in the siege of the northwestern Jin Dynasty by the Japanese Kou, he was even more powerful, recovering 7 county seats and annihilating more than 155 Japanese Kou people, so that the Japanese Kou were terrified when they heard Wang Zhen's name.

Chairman Mao said that he could not afford to provoke people, who was it? Why can't he mess with him?

In the autumn of 1938, the Japanese Kou were engaged in a "great purge" in northern China, and Wang Zhen's headquarters in the Taihang Mountains was in charge of the battle. Rikou sent a division to advance at night in a vain attempt to catch Wang Zhen's troops off guard. Unexpectedly, Wang Zhen had already occupied the favorable terrain before the enemy. When the Japanese army sneaked into the ravine, Wang Zhen shouted: "Fight! Fight hard! "Machine guns roared, grenades bombarded, the enemy was first shocked, the enemy division commander had not yet had time to order a return fire, the personnel had already died and wounded more than half, it took only 1 hour and 40 minutes, the Japanese Kou except for a few officers to escape, the rest were killed, the dead bodies filled the half of the ravine, the battle was over.

In the winter of that year, the Japanese wanted to cross the Fenhe River and march southeast of Jin, in a vain attempt to turn the whole of Shanxi Province into their "iron barrel zone"—a zone where the Eighth Route Army could not have a single soldier. Wang Zhen was ordered to go to snipe and gave a strict order: Turn the Fenhe River into an unimpeded line of communication for our Eighth Route Army.

Chairman Mao said that he could not afford to provoke people, who was it? Why can't he mess with him?

When Wang Zhen led the 359th Brigade to the Fenhe River, the Japanese had already completed their positions. Wang Zhen found a coffin in the local area and carried it to the front line, declaring: "We will seize the Fenhe River, and no one can live without taking the Fenhe River." I led the charge forward, I will die first, and put it in this coffin after death! ”

He passed on his confidence and courage to every commander and fighter. After the battle began, Wang Zhen took the lead in charging into the battlefield, and the commanders and fighters regarded death as if they were homecoming, braving the artillery fire and withstanding the smoke of gunfire, ignoring the bombs bombarding around them, not afraid of bullets whistling overhead, and following in front of them, each one brave and tenacious. Riko panicked and exclaimed, "Yo! Where did such a death-defying force come from? What a tiger coming down the mountain! After a fierce battle of day and night, he finally broke through the Japanese Kou defense line and firmly controlled the two banks of the Fenhe River.

In this fierce battle, Wang Zhen was wounded on the top of his head, but he did not die, and the coffin was not used. However, after this battle, Wang Zhen and the troops he led became the nemesis of the Rikou.

From the beginning of 1939 to August 1939, Wang Zhen led his troops to carry out more than 30 battles, annihilating more than 3,000 enemy troops, the 359th Brigade became more courageous in the Vietnam War, and won consecutive victories in successive battles, and the headquarters of the Eighth Route Army and the government of the Border Region respectively awarded Wang Zhen the titles of "Model Party Army" and "Iron Army of Hundred Victories and Victories".

Throughout the war of resistance against Japan, he always fought against the Japanese Kou, because he was a pioneer and always defeated the tenacious Japanese devils. Once, twice... Over time, as soon as Rikou heard Wang Zhen's name, he was terrified and terrified, and he said, "Yo! "Yo sigh!" Horrified, he ordered his troops to withdraw quickly and retreat without a fight—they had had enough to lose the battle and were frightened. Sometimes, the troops had to pass through the Japanese garrison, as long as Wang Zhen wrote a note: "Our army borrows the road to pass." The Japanese Kou then shrank into the bunker and did not dare to face the battle, so Wang Zhen's troops did not need to fire a single shot and a bullet, and they passed smoothly.

In the War of Liberation, Wang Zhen and the troops he led became more and more courageous. In the Kuomintang troops, the mention of Wang Zhen's name is even more famous, and he is afraid to hear the wind. In particular, some generals, when they heard that their opponent was Wang Zhen, were terrified.

In 1947, during the Battle of Wazi Street, the enemy general was named Liu Kan, and when the battle was at its most intense, Wang Zhen wrote a letter to Liu Jing, ordering him to lay down his weapons and surrender to the people. Perhaps the rhetoric was fiercer, liu kan read the letter, and then pulled the grenade to commit suicide. Then, in the battle of Panlong, the enemy lieutenant general was called Yan Ming, and in the fierce battle between the two armies, Wang Zhen led his troops to fight and charge hard, killing Yan Ming. Soon, Wang Zhen was ordered to attack Baoji in order to seize the enemy's ammunition warehouse. After fierce fighting, Baoji was quickly occupied, a large number of weapons and ammunition were captured, and Xu Bao, the commander of the defending enemy lieutenant general's division, hid in an armored vehicle, and was hit by our artillery shells, seriously injured, and died of ineffective rescue.

To this end, the students in Xi'an at that time wrote a couplet:

Liu Kan died before he was killed;

Xu Baobao Bao chicken did not save his life.

Horizontal batch:

Discipline is strict.

Interestingly, after the founding of New China, Wang Zhen never fought a single battle again.

However, according to his words, "Doing the most meaningful things!" ”

Chairman Mao said that he could not afford to provoke people, who was it? Why can't he mess with him?

He first led the soldiers to open up the wasteland in Xinjiang. Without machines, he gave a military order to build a thousand climbing plows and take the lead in pulling the plough over the ground with his shoulders; then as the commander of the railway troops, when he built the railway in the whole country and built the Yingxia Line, he arrested and dismissed the lazy county magistrate; then became the minister of agricultural reclamation, and fought in the great wilderness. At the mobilization meeting to march into the Northern Wilderness, he shouted: "You have all been platoon commanders, company commanders, and some battalion commanders, and I have also been platoon, company, and battalion commanders." Comrades, when charging on the battlefield, will the commanders of platoons, companies, and battalions be in front of the troops or behind? ”

Everyone replied, "In front!" ”

"What about reclaiming the Northern Wilderness?" Wang Zhen asked again.

Everyone replied, "It should be in the front too!" ”

At this time, the Nanjing Military Region had two officers escorting the troops (a lieutenant colonel and a major), and after sending the troops to Mishan, they saw the harsh and chaotic scene there and "turned backwards", causing a very bad impact. When Wang Zhen learned of this, he immediately sent someone to call the two school officials to the front, trained them fiercely, and publicly ordered: "Take off their epaulettes." ”

After Mao Zedong knew, he smiled and said, "Oh, Wang Beard has reclaimed the Northern Wilderness shirtless, who let you provoke him?" He is in a hurry, he wants to fight with you, no one can afford to provoke him! ”
