Inner Mongolia is located in the north, far from the center of strife, Ulan fu was able to live a relatively quiet life, but the central plains warlords fighting and the people's suffering continued to spread to Inner Mongolia, and the child's heart was full of pain. As he grew older, he came into contact with Marxism, was deeply infected by this idea, and was determined to do something for his compatriots, joining the Chinese Communist Party at the age of 19 and failing to participate in the Northern Expedition due to regional problems.
At the suggestion of the organization, Ulanf traveled to the Soviet Union for a deeper Marxist education, and when he returned home he was a 23-year-old youth. Ulanf quickly threw himself into the work, began to lead the workers' and peasants' movement in some areas, guided the underground work, after several years of tempering, Ulanfu became the backbone of many cadres, he began to enter the army, leading the local army building. After several years of military training, Ulanf trained a well-trained ethnic minority army, which allowed the Inner Mongolia region to effectively maneuver against the Japanese invaders.
On the eve of the all-out War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, there were many discordant voices in Inner Mongolia, and there were many nobles and landlords in the local area, among which the representative figure Dewang repeatedly contacted the Japanese army, intending to agree to the establishment of a puppet Manchukuo regime on the other side. Ulan fu persuaded many compatriots who cherished the motherland with national righteousness, and he led the security team and the people's army to launch a rapid attack, which shattered the plot of the German king and the Japanese army, and Inner Mongolia was able to maintain stability for a period of time. With the outbreak of the all-out War of Resistance, the Japanese army quickly occupied the whole territory of Inner Mongolia, and Ulan Fu led the troops to fight guerrilla warfare with the Japanese army, and repeatedly made meritorious contributions in the rear, effectively blocking the Japanese army's southward march.
During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, Ulan fu formed a number of anti-war teams in Inner Mongolia, served for a long time as a member of the CPC Suimeng Work Committee, and served as the director of the political department of a certain division in the National Revolutionary Army. After the central authorities learned of Ulanfu's command ability, they transferred him to Yan'an to take full responsibility for the affairs of ethnic minorities in the border areas and train more command talents for the party. Under the leadership of Ulan Fu, fresh blood continued to pour into Inner Mongolia, while the Japanese army continued to decline, and every young soldier revealed a high sense of war, and eventually the Japanese army was driven out of China.
During the liberation period, Ulan Fu still adhered to the revolutionary ideals, and he resolutely returned to Inner Mongolia and led the people to fight against the Kuomintang heroically, first overthrowing the puppet government in Inner Mongolia and destroying the foundation of the Kuomintang's rule. After the founding of New China, Ulan fu was still engaged in leadership work in Inner Mongolia, and for more than twenty years, he was always the number one here, but he did not have a little shelf on his body, and always regarded the people as family. In order to make his hometown better, Ulan fu took the lead in creating schools of all levels so that every child in Inner Mongolia could receive an education.
This cadre also took the lead in building the nationally renowned Baotou Iron and Steel Company, always liked to personally go to many laborers, and once attended a celebration banquet with Premier Zhou, thanked the workers for their efforts, and congratulated the successful construction of the blast furnace. Ulan Fu has been serving in the local government for a long time, and Chairman Mao and other leaders have taken into account his great contributions to Inner Mongolia and have broken through the restrictions on local cadres not awarding titles and awarded him the rank of general. In his later years, Ulanf served as vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and vice chairman of the Republic, and held the rank of vice-governor.
The young man's heaven and earth expanded from a grassland to the whole world, and even though he was white-haired, his heart was still concerned about the future of the people and the motherland.
