For example, if a family car needs to be replaced due to quality problems within 7 days from the date of the validity period of the three guarantees, the engine, transmission, power battery, driving drive motor or its main parts and components need to be replaced, the seller shall change or return the car free of charge according to the choice of the consumer; it is clear that when the seller returns and replaces the car for the consumer, it shall compensate the consumer for the loss of vehicle registration fee, decoration fee, related service fee, etc.; by reducing the use compensation coefficient, Further reduce the compensation fee paid by consumers to sellers when returning or replacing vehicles.
