"Lung cancer" should be familiar to everyone, which is the malignant tumor with the fastest growth rate and mortality rate in China. In the past 50 years, the annual incidence of lung cancer has shown an upward trend.
Affected by the largest base of Chinese, China has also become the country with the largest number of lung cancer patients in the world, with more than 800,000 new lung cancer patients added every year.

They can act on bronchial epithelial cells of the lungs through a variety of mechanisms, resulting in cell DNA inactivation and damage, so that oncogenes are activated, cells are transformed and eventually become cancerous;
2. Occupational factor influence: Among all cancer types, there is a presence called "occupational cancer", that is, there are high-risk factors that cause cancer or are related to cancer at work.
Of all occupational cancer types, lung cancer is the most typical and important one. Clinically, more than 10% of lung cancer patients in China have the disease because of long-term exposure to the occupational environment.
For example, patients need to be exposed to various chemicals (by-products of aluminum products, arsenic, chromium compounds, vinyl chloride), or long-term exposure to coke ovens, oil, ionizing radiation, asbestos, etc., in the absence of protective measures, the cancer rate will increase significantly;
3, chronic diseases but not treatment: In fact, there are many cancers, all based on chronic diseases, lung cancer is no exception.
Chronic diseases can reduce autoimmune function and lead to repeated damage and repair of cells.
In the process of continuous cell damage, DNA may mutate, and then affected by the decline in immune function, damaged cells can not be recognized and cleared in time, which in turn increases the possibility of their own cancer.
Clinically in China, tuberculosis, bronchiectasis, chronic infection of bronchial epithelium, pneumoconiosis, etc., will increase the probability of cancer in the future.
In addition to the above three reasons, genetic and familial agglomeration factors, increasingly serious environmental pollution, etc., are related to lung cancer.
But after all, air pollution and genetic inheritance are the objective reasons that we cannot change by virtue of our individuals. Therefore, if you want to prevent cancer, you can only adjust from life to reduce the cancer rate as much as possible.
For example, we should stay away from tobacco injuries, do a good job of occupational protection, and treat chronic diseases in a timely manner.
