Guangxi Communications Industry Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangxi Transportation Investment Group, regards the construction of new energy vehicle charging facilities as one of the key projects of "I do practical things for the masses", according to the requirements of the Ministry of Transport's implementation of the green travel "endurance project" and the three-year action plan for the promotion and application of new energy vehicles in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, combined with traffic flow and user needs, the layout of charging pile points in the expressway service area has been rationally planned, and the key areas of Nanning, Liuzhou, Guilin and other metropolitan areas and Guangxi Donglian Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. 41 pairs of highway service areas, including Yunguichuan-Chongqing in the west and Xiaying in the north through Xiang'e, Leye, Sanjiangnan and Jeonju, have built 780 DC charging guns.

On December 30, the reporter saw in the Binyang service area of Liunan Expressway that the newly built DC charging gun next to the parking lot has been put into use, and several new energy vehicles are parked here to "endurance". After 30 minutes, her car has 80% of its electricity and can travel more than 300 kilometers on the road. "Because of the needs of work, I often have to go back and forth between Nanning and Liuzhou, before driving a fuel car back and forth fuel cost of about 350 yuan, now driving a new energy vehicle back and forth is more than 80 yuan, the expenditure is the previous 1/4, very cost-effective." In the past, there was no charging station on the highway, and I did not dare to drive on the highway, but now there are more distribution points, which are easy to find and much more convenient. In these 41 pairs of service areas, there are nearly 10 fast charging parking spaces on each side on average, and users can use a unified highway new energy electric vehicle charging service platform to use mobile phone scanning codes to self-charge. According to the standard power calculation, ordinary electric vehicles can charge for about 30 minutes to reach 60%-80% of the power.

"Next, we will continue to implement the three-year action plan for the promotion and application of new energy vehicles in the autonomous region, achieve full coverage of DC fast charging piles in the service area under our jurisdiction, and continue to increase charging facilities as needed, build more powerful super DC fast charging facilities, further shorten the charging time, and meet the rapid development needs of new energy vehicles."
