In October this year, the first batch of translation expert teams of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University have been stationed in Shenhe People's Hospital full-time, with a total of 38 people, laying a good foundation for ensuring the smooth opening of the hospital. Among them, there are 6 hospital leaders, 5 administrative management teams, and 31 medical and nursing expert teams; among the first batch of expert teams, 17 people with the title of deputy senior or above; 12 doctors and 6 masters.
In addition, with the approval of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Shenhe People's Hospital has established a postdoctoral innovation practice base relying on the clinical medicine mobile station of Jinan University to jointly train postdoctoral fellows. At present, two postdoctoral fellows have entered the station and have been funded by the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation; 11 SCI papers have been published, of which the highest impact factor is 13.281. The Department of Nuclear Medicine is at the international advanced and domestic leading level in the professional fields of PET/CT molecular imaging diagnosis technology, SPECT/CT functional imaging diagnosis technology, differentiated thyroid cancer radioactive 131 iodine therapy, DXA bone density and systemic body composition measurement technology.

Xu Hao introduced that in the entire clinical application process of nuclear medicine, the most important thing is the molecular imaging of nuclear medicine, which can make an earlier differential diagnosis of tumors than ct/magnetic resonance imaging of conventional images, and for patients with confirmed tumors, they can rely on nuclear medicine to analyze treatment plans, and then solve the problem that many patients cannot get a better treatment plan.
