There are three categories of users affected: the first is the CPNI leak, which may include billing account names, phone numbers, plan plans, and more. The second category affected are users who have replaced their SIM cards. Some attackers can exploit vulnerabilities to obtain verification codes received by users. T-Mobile said the affected user had revoked the operation.

The third type of user whose information is leaked occurs at the same time.

IT House understands that as of now, T-Mobile has only announced the leak in internal documents, not on its official website. But the affected users received an email from the company informing them of unauthorized activity in their accounts. At present, the stolen accounts are being officially monitored, and the problem caused by SIM card exchange has been solved.
