Gaolan soft pear, also known as frozen pear and perfume pear, after picking in late autumn every year, after saccharification and blackening in the cold winter in the northwest, it has become a special delicacy of the local people in the harsh winter. Gaolan soft pear has a black brown appearance, its appearance is not proud, in the past vegetable market, street, night market stalls in the bamboo basket, casually placed for sale, it is difficult to freeze in large quantities to store until the next summer.
