It is understood that in the air suspension system, there are dozens of spare parts for air springs alone, and the technical barriers are high. Since 2012, Baolong Technology has begun to develop air springs, independently developed core formulas, and realized the independent control of the whole process chain. Today, Baolong Technology air spring products have been supplied to a number of car companies and Tier1, and are in a leading position in the commercial vehicle OEM market.
It is worth mentioning that the pillar assembly and independent air spring of Baolong Technology Air Spring Shock Absorber have been designated for five main engine projects of new energy head brand car companies.
Baolong Technology invested 1 billion yuan in Hefei Park to create an air spring production line integrating automation, informatization and flexibility. At present, the line has the capacity to produce 100,000 vehicle air springs per year. In the future, Baolong Technology plans to build 6 more production lines to achieve an annual output of more than 500,000 vehicle air springs.
