According to its introduction, at the end of September 2021, some villagers purchased two packs of Master Kong instant noodles in their commissary, specifically master Kong's twice as sour and spicy butter noodles, and soon took back one of the packs, saying that there were black lumps in the instant noodle cake. On October 5, Mr. Wu contacted Master Kong's customer service, registered information on Master Kong's instant noodle public account according to customer service requirements, and uploaded a photo of suspected problem instant noodles. The next day, a person who claimed to be the county agent of Master Kong's instant noodles contacted Mr. Wu and was willing to refund the problem of instant noodles to three. However, it did not give an answer to the cause of the problem.
