Qing Shaobo (Bob), graduated from the French Higher Floral Design Institute, a director of the Retail Branch of the China Flower Association, and the director of floral design of Shanghai Dorse Space Decoration Design Co., Ltd. In 2003, he began to study the art of flower arrangement and has been engaged in flower arrangement art for 18 years. In October 2013, he won the national runner-up of the 3rd China Cup Flower Arrangement Competition.
