Chili peppers are an indispensable part of the skin of Chishan noodles and Chishan rolling dough. Guanzhong is rich in Qin pepper, and the fragrant but not spicy taste makes Qin pepper quite popular, but the fame of Qin pepper is far less than that of Sichuan pepper, and some of the tastes of "raised in the deep boudoir are not recognized".
