In terms of domestic customer expansion, it has established cooperation links with new energy vehicle companies such as Xiaopeng and actively established business relations with auto parts suppliers to break into the new energy vehicle supply chain.

Sihui Fushi said that the company's growth this year mainly comes from the in-depth expansion of existing customers, the main customer volume is large, the company's existing order share accounts for about 10%-20% of the total customer PCB procurement volume, some reached 30%, there is still a large development potential. In addition, there are more proofs of new products every year, and the release of this part of the order is also the guarantee for the company's future sustained growth.

As the main battlefield of traditional high-end manufacturing, the Japanese market has great market potential, and the company's share in the Japanese market needs to be improved. During the epidemic period, through the joint development of online and offline, certain results have also been achieved in market expansion.

In terms of capacity construction, the capacity utilization rate of the existing phase one, two and three factories of Sihui Fushi is basically saturated. The fourth phase of the factory has been fully put into operation, in the stage of capacity climbing, and the capacity utilization rate is about 40%. The company's SMT production line mainly provides proofing, small batch industrial control, automotive electronics PCBA services according to customer needs, and the current plant construction has been completed and entered the equipment installation and commissioning stage.

It said that the sixth phase of the factory "annual output of 2 million square meters of high reliability 5G communication circuit board project" plans to invest 1 billion yuan, mainly the production of 5G, automotive electronics and other products, the project is led by the Sihui Municipal People's Government industrial park planning environmental impact assessment work, after obtaining the environmental impact assessment work, the company will start construction as soon as possible.

Regarding the price changes of upstream materials, Sihui Fushi said that the current upstream material prices have a certain ease, which will have a certain positive impact on the company's gross profit situation. However, the fixed asset investment of the company's fundraising projects is large, and the amortization of depreciation expenses will increase, which will offset the benefits of the price reduction of some materials.
