Lin Xinping was born in 1919 in an ordinary family in Zhejiang, and showed perseverance when he was young.

In Guanlin, there was a puppet army leader named Wu Su, who openly expressed his devotion to the Japanese, used his own power, and brutally persecuted the local people, and the people were miserable, in order to save the suffering masses
Lin Xinping came to the Guanlin area with only 6 people, and after arriving, Lin Xinping immediately began to work, boosting the morale of the people, and organizing everyone to fight against the Japanese and the puppets.
All defections against the people would be eliminated, and from then on, the puppet side was so terrified that they sent teams to arrest Lin Xinping. A few years later, Wu Su was arrested in Shanghai, and the people disposed of this national sinner, avenging Lin Xinping and those who were also persecuted to death, and the people shouted bitterly after hearing this, and they all remembered this heroic and righteous martyr. In 2014, in order to recognize those who made outstanding contributions in the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, the Ministry of Civil Affairs published a list of heroes and heroes of the Anti-Japanese Resistance, among which Lin Xinping was listed.
