Starting with Rocky, Daihatsu is demonstrating the modification potential of two different concept cars for the B-SUV. The "Premium" is uniquely painted in silver, with blue hues on the roof, air intakes, bumpers and mirror covers, and black alloy wheels. With the black wheels on Toyo A/T tires, the aftermarket roof rack, and the black trim around the body, "Crossfield" is on the adventurous side. The concept also features yellow fog lights, fenders and increased ground clearance.

Last November, Daihatsu Rocky received the e-Smart Hybrid model with its Toyota Raize siblings. The hybrid system consists of a naturally aspirated 1.2-liter three-cylinder engine, a generator that acts as a 4.3 Ah lithium-ion battery, and a 105 hp (78 kW/106 hp) electric motor that drives the front wheels.

The second concept car is based on the all-new 11th-generation Arai van that was acquired a few days ago as a passenger car version of the Hijet. These concepts highlight the sportiness and versatility of kei cars. "Premium" combines a white canopy with a black roof. The body kit includes bumper and side sill extensions, a large grille wrap-around, and a set of alloy wheels mounted in low-profile tires.

Atrai Camper is fun and is the ideal camping companion. It's based on the Deck Van configuration, which means it's actually a pickup. The highlight is the roof-mounted retractable roof that can be closed to a slender orange lacquer box with an integrated shelf. The concept car is specially painted with orange, black silver and white graphics in the main colors. In addition, it has an LED light bar, raised ground clearance, a cool alloy wheel set in off-road tires, skid plates, custom grilles and plastic cladding around the body.

Daihatsu did not announce the specifications of the concept car, but the most suitable configuration for the Atrai Camper is the electronically controlled 4WD system combined with a 660cc engine to produce 63 hp (47 kW / 64 PS).
