Lingjiatan "Thick Soil Cube" Merges into "Why China"

Since the three seasons of "National Treasure", it has always cherished the fiery original intention of "making national treasures come alive", constantly refining the unique temperament of cultural relics themselves, interpreting the genetic code of Chinese culture, excavating the spiritual minerals in the depths of history, and leading everyone to explore the answer to the era of "why China". In order to pay an affectionate tribute to the search for Chinese archaeology over the past century, this special exhibition of cultural relics that brings together the precipitation and thinking of three seasons of programs will take "Why China" as the theme and invite the audience to appreciate the painstaking crystallization of a century of archaeology.

At the scene of the program, 30 curators will bring the "Thick Earth Cube" collected from important local archaeological sites to jointly build the "Why China" installation on the spot to launch the special exhibition.

In this exhibition, the major museums come with precious collections, from Xinjiang to Liaoning, from Shaanxi to Fujian, east, west, south and north, the exhibits cover stoneware, pottery, bronze, iron, gold and silver, jade, porcelain, ancient documents and other cultural relics, a variety of national treasures, showing the brilliance of Chinese civilization.

Among the national treasures that will be unveiled in the special exhibition, there are not only the highly popular cultural relics since the three seasons of the program, such as The Dish Fangmu, Du Hufu, Yunmeng Sleeping Tiger QinJian, Yu Chun, Shang Martin Fangsheng, He Zun, Changxin Palace Lamp, Yan Family Temple Stele, "Deer King Bunsheng Tu" (replica), Jin Ou Yonggu Cup, Shang Zhou ShiFu and other highly popular cultural relics since the three seasons, as well as the precious treasures of the Seven Huang Group Jade Pei, the Ejun Qijin Festival, the Tang Persian Peacock Blue Glazed Pottery Vase, and the Tang Monk Sutra Pillow that have been listed in the "National Treasure" for the first time.

The Ejun Qijin Festival was excavated in 1957 in the Qiujia Garden in the south of Shou County, Anhui Province, and is divided into two types: boat festival and car festival, which is a tax-free passage certificate issued by the King of Chuhuai to Ejunqi to transport goods. This "golden knot" is cast in copper and is called "knot" because it resembles a split bamboo knot. This kind of "car festival" and "boat festival" has only been seen so far, so it is extremely precious. It has great value for the study of politics, economy, military, transportation, etc. in the Warring States period, and is also one of the "treasures of the town hall" of the Anhui Museum.
