Wang Hua said that in recent years, the state and Hunan Province have attached great importance to the prevention and control of myopia in children and adolescents. How to prevent myopia in children and adolescents? He said that increasing the time spent outdoors is the key, and ensuring 2 hours of outdoor exercise every day is very important to control the progression of myopia in adolescents. The study found that for every 1 hour of outdoor activity per day, adolescents had a 2% lower risk of myopia. In addition to strengthening outdoor activities and physical exercise, it is also important to scientifically regulate the use of electronic products. Schools and parents should work together to reduce the burden of learning while guiding students to use electronic products such as mobile phones in a scientific and standardized manner.
