Affected by the continuous influence of many cold air, there was an obvious cold wave, rain and snow, and strong wind weather in Hebei since the 23rd. According to the forecast of the Hebei Meteorological Observatory, from December 24 to 26, the temperature in the province will generally continue to drop by 8 °C-10 °C, and the local drop will be 12 °C -16 °C, and the lowest temperature since the beginning of winter will occur in various places.

Moderate to heavy snow occurs in the western and northern parts of Xingtai, Hebei, and light to moderate snow or sleet in the southeastern part of the plain. In the early morning of the 24th, Shijiazhuang was already white. In the ancient city of Shijiazhuang Zhengding, the South City Gate, Kaiyuan Temple, YangheLou, Longxing Temple and other places of interest and monuments are decorated with snow, and the entire ancient city is wrapped in silver, which is beautiful.

The maximum snow depth of this snowfall in Shijiazhuang reached 5 cm. The city quickly launched a snowmelt plan, and sanitation workers braved the snowflakes to ensure the safety of citizens' travel during work.

With rain and snow, cold waves, and high winds. According to the forecast of the Hebei Meteorological Observatory, during the day on the 24th, Zhangjiakou, Chengde, Hengshui, Xingtai, Handan and other places had northerly winds of 4-5 and gusts of 6; coastal waters and coastal areas had northeast winds of 6-7 and gusts of 8-9.

Rain and snow affect traffic operations. According to the Hebei Provincial Public Security Department Expressway Traffic Police Corps reported at about 8 o'clock on the 24th, Shijiazhuang, Baoding, Cangzhou, Hengshui, Xingtai, Handan and other places along the highway along the temporary control of vehicles on the road. Many bus lines in Shijiazhuang were suspended.
