According to @ Jiangsu News news, at noon on December 24, Liyang City, Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, when a Tesla sedan turned and drove onto a bridge, it suddenly accelerated out of control, broke through the guardrail on the bridge, and fell into the river.

Subsequently, nearby people and rescue workers rescued the people in the car and sent them to the hospital, and the vehicle was also salvaged ashore.

According to the report of @Phoenix Network Technology, netizens broke the news that in Liyang, Jiangsu Province, when a female driver test drove the Tesla Model Y, there was a traffic accident and fell into the river by hitting the fence. Tesla replied: It is false information, and the specific situation is under understanding.

For the cause of the traffic accident, there are currently two theories (both confirmed), one is that the test drive customer uses the electric door as a brake; the other is that the couple quarrels and grabs the steering wheel.
