According to reports, as one of the components of the "Tenth High-level Talent Activity Festival in Longgang District", the first "Longcheng Cup" product design innovation competition has been carefully prepared for one year, and it is a combination of government, enterprise, school and association forces to solve the shortage of design talents in enterprises in the jurisdiction and explore and implement the innovative attempt of industry-education integration. According to statistics, since the official launch of the activity at the end of March, a total of 4 enterprises and 6 colleges have signed contracts to cooperate, 277 students have participated in the training, 458 works have been submitted, 89 works have been shortlisted for finals, and 37 students have been selected into the enterprise reserve talent pool.
