method
1. Beef cut into pieces, green onion into sections, ginger slices
2. Add the blanched blood foam of the cut beef in a cold underwater pot of cooking wine
3. Add oil to the pot, add green onion and ginger and sauté to create the aroma, then add a small piece of butter hot pot base and watercress sauce to fry out the red oil
4. Add salt, sugar, chicken essence, soy sauce, pepper and beef and sauté
