Recommendation: If people can't find the meaning of their own life in this life, then you will live in vain in this life. We are fortunate to be able to come to this world for a while, if we don't leave a strong mark in this world, isn't it a pity? Many people work hard to make money, but they never calm down to think about what they can bring to this society. Compared with us, the heroes and martyrs of that dark age were too selfless and fearless. They clearly know that everything they do is at the cost of their lives, they know in their hearts that the path they have chosen is impossible to see at a glance, it is necessary for generations to go forward and open the way, and they may not be able to witness the results of their efforts in their lifetime, but even so, they still have no remorse until they are crushed to pieces...

For us, their selflessness and fearlessness are so touching and haunting our hearts for a long time. Today I want to share with you two top generals, both of whom are from the Jin Sui Army. The War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression was a campaign that began in 1840, in which the strength of the whole nation was gathered to drive the enemy out of China in unison, when the Communists and the Kuomintang ushered in a brief peace and united front.
The Jin Sui Army also drew a strong stroke during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, this army came from the Yan Xishan clique, Yan Xishan was the emperor of the soil in his own land for 38 years, during these 38 years, he was able to sit back and relax, and naturally there were a number of capable people under him, so there were many brave and good fighters in the Jin Sui Army, but if you want to talk about the top generals, only these two people can bear this honor.
The first person to share with everyone is Xu Yongchang, he has been appreciated by Yan Xishan, Chiang Kai-shek, and when he followed Yan Xishan, he had already served as the commander of the Third Army of the Jin Sui Army, Yan Xishan was quite important to him, after the Central Plains War, Yan Xishan was forced to go to the field, with Xu Yongchang's reputation in the Jin Sui Army, everyone elected him to preside over the overall situation, but Xu Yongchang did not think of replacing Yan Xishan at all, and his ability Chiang Kai-shek has always been in the eyes, under the lifting of Chiang Kai-shek. Xu Yongchang was transferred to the Nanjing High Command as the head of the Military Command.
On the battlefield, he played the style of a good general. He participated in and commanded many battles, and in these battles, relying on the valuable advice put forward by Xu Yongchang, he ushered in the victory of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression. Xu Yongchang, who has outstanding achievements, has always been appreciated by his comrades-in-arms, and people like him naturally deserve the title of top famous generals.
After the beginning of the all-out War of Resistance, Xu Yongchang participated in and commanded all the large-scale battles, and the suggestions he put forward were often of great benefit to the war situation, so Chiang Kai-shek also affirmed Xu Yongchang's military talent and let him attend the surrender ceremony as a Chinese representative after the victory of the War of Resistance, which was also the greatest glory of Xu Yongchang's life.
Another famous general is Shang Zhen, who not only has outstanding military ability, but also has very brilliant achievements in diplomacy. Like Xu Yongchang, he was also quite appreciated by Chiang Kai-shek, and in 1940 Shang Zhen was transferred to the rear by Chiang Kai-shek as the director of the general office, and from this time on, he ended his more than 30-year career as a horseman. Far away from the battlefield, he found another glory in his life, and in diplomatic work, Shang Zhen did a good job and was praised by Chiang Kai-shek one after another. In the War of Resistance, he also made no small contribution!
However, after the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, he also served as the head of the delegation to Japan, so he did not participate in the War of Liberation, and when Chiang Kai-shek's defeat was over, he resigned from all his posts and settled in Japan.
Although Shang Zhen and Xu Yongchang were once the subordinates of warlords and once stood against the Communist Party, bringing us a lot of pain, their merits should not be erased because of their mistakes. Even though the relationship between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party is irreconcilable, but in the final analysis, everyone is the sons and daughters of The Same Lineage, for us, the love of blood and bones is better than everything, so for the meritorious people, we are still grateful, and repaying grievances with virtue is also the virtue of China, no matter how the world changes, Shang Zhen and Xu Yongchang are the heroes of our people, and their contributions in the War of Resistance Against Japan are worthy of our eternal memory and eternal gratitude!
