He has always been limited in his life, and it is easy to dissipate his soul when he is idle, and the wine feast is not frequent.
The mountains and rivers are empty, and the falling flowers and wind and rain hurt the spring even more, so it is better to pity the people in front of you.
【Translation】
Human life will end in a limited time, and the gratuitous parting will also make people feel sad. Don't postpone the wine feast because you often leave, but in a limited life, you should sing about the wine and drink freely.
When it came time to ascend, looking at the vast rivers and mountains, I suddenly missed my relatives and friends in the distance; when the wind and rain blew down the flowers, I found that spring was easy to pass, and I couldn't help but feel more sad about spring. It is better to have mercy on the person in front of you at the banquet.

【Appreciation 1】
It's a wounded song. The starting tune points out that life is limited, even if it is an ordinary parting, it is always indispensable to set up a feast, do not feel that such occasions are too frequent. This is the same as Wang Wei's meaning of "persuading the jun to drink a cup of wine". Lyrical. Instead of missing the distant rivers and mountains, it is better to be practical and cherish the friendship of friends in front of you. The last sentence responds to the "wine feast song Xi Mo Ci Frequency", expressing a proposition of helplessness in life and seeking liberation. "The mountains and rivers are full of empty thoughts, and the falling flowers and rain hurt the spring even more" as a famous sentence. The lyrical approach of the conventional thinking expressed in the words against "confidant in the sea, if the end of the world is next to each other", is quite innovative.
【Appreciation 2】
This is a different tune in "Pearl Words". Dayan's lyrics are clear in language and clean in the lower characters, showing a style of leisure and elegance; in this word, the author changes from the usual, the scene is very large, the pen is extremely heavy, and the style is uplifted. Lyrical feelings of sad spring and nostalgia, profound composure, high health and brightness, while maintaining a gentle atmosphere, so that the meaning of the word does not appear poignant and sad, which is a major feature of this word.
"I have always had a limited body, and it is easy to dissipate my soul when I am idle." The first two sentences of this poem say that life is short, and parting is common and the most sad.
The first sentence came out of nowhere, and the language was very alarming. "Always", that is, a moment, a moment. Moments of time, finite life! The lament of the writer is eternal, it is an irresistible law of nature, and who does not want the good years to continue? Although this is a frequent sigh in the "Pearl and Jade Collection", the strong direct shouting in this word has a more heart-shaking effect. The second sentence is thickened. "The one who eclipses the soul, that's all there is to it!" However, what is written in the words is not a life and death that has gone thousands of miles to the country, let alone a death farewell that weeps and weeps blood, but is just an ordinary parting! The word "waiting for idleness" is not idle, and it is clear that the lyricist is deeply affectionate. In a short life, separation is encountered more than once, and each parting takes up a part of the limited years, how can this not be "easy to lose"?
"Wine feast song Xi Mo rhetoric." The last sentence of the last film is to say that the wine banquet song and dance should not be resigned. In this regard, the lyricist can only be strong and self-explanatory, pain is useless, it is better to sing to the wine, self-dispatch feelings! "Frequency" means the frequency of banquets. Ye Mengde's "Summer Escape Record" says: Yan Shu "only likes the guests, does not taste a day without feasting and drinking, every good guest will stay, and stay will also be accompanied by song and music." "Wine feasts" refer to these daily feasts. This sentence is written in time for pleasure, and it comforts this limited body.
"The mountains and rivers are full of empty thoughts, and the falling flowers and rain hurt the spring even more." In other words, if you look at the vast rivers and mountains when you land, you miss your relatives and friends who are far away in vain; even if you are alone in your home, seeing the wind and rain destroy the flowers, it is even more sad that the spring light is easy to pass. Change the first two words, and suddenly make a change of voice. The weather is magnificent, the artistic conception is reckless, and the leisurely feelings written with a healthy pen are both rigid and soft, which is a rare good sentence.
"It is better to take pity on the person in front of you." The epilogue is that it is better to love and pity the person in front of you at the banquet. This word means to go to the wine feast and love the singer in front of you. As a rich and noble prime minister, Yan Shu will not let the painful thoughts torment him. He will not indulge in song and wine and cannot extricate himself, he will "pity the people in front of him", just for the entertainment of the eyes, which is the author's consistent attitude towards life.
The next piece is lyrical. The first two sentences are utopian words: When it comes to landing, looking at all the great rivers and mountains, I can't help but think of my friends in the distance; when the wind and rain blow down the prosperity, I find that spring is easy to pass, and I can't help but feel more sad about spring. These two sentences have a broad and distant meaning, showing the lyricist's feelings about the insurmountable time and space, and the irretrievable things that have disappeared. In the concluding sentence, the lyricist turned the word "inferior" and once again expressed his thoughts of timely pleasure: instead of thinking in vain about relatives and friends far away, and being sad because of the flowers that fell from the wind and rain, it is better to be practical and cherish the friendship of friends in front of you. This is also an attitude of the writer towards life.
This word is a representative work of "Pearl and Jade Words". What is written in the words is not a moment, nor is it a matter of feeling, but reflects a side of the author's outlook on life: the limited light of the tragic years, the impermanence of the world; lamenting that the distance between space and time is insurmountable, lamenting that the pursuit of fading beautiful things is always futile, and the philosophical exploration of life is placed in the wind and rain of the mountains and rivers. The writer suddenly realized that he should base himself on reality and firmly grasp everything in front of him. The ideas expressed here are quite similar to the existentialism that has swept France and Europe and the United States in modern times. Originally, the meaning of the word was quite decadent, but the lyricist expressed this feeling of openness and cheerfulness, which showed its open-mindedness and awareness.

Yan Shu (991-1055), also known as Tongshu, was a famous lyricist, poet, and essayist, a native of Linchuan City, Fuzhou Prefecture, northern Song Dynasty, and a native of Shahe, Wengang Town, Jinxian County, Jiangxi Province, located under Xiangnan Peak, whose father was fuzhou province. Fainting was the first prime minister of Fuzhou at that time. Yan Shu and his seventh son Yan Jidao (1037-1110), at that time, were known as "Dayan" and "Xiaoyan" in the Northern Song Dynasty.
