Mr. Li: Our cooperation with the MSI brand is from the e-commerce platform, and after becoming the general representative of MSI notebook Shaanxi, online sales are still our main force; but the online e-commerce platform will also encounter some common problems, such as the machine to send express delivery to customers, customers because they want to install storage after a period of time, but dare not operate themselves, or do not understand the product and other small problems, MSI notebook after-sales is very secure, and humanized: two years of national joint insurance + two years of on-site service, customers only need a phone, MSI will have professional technical engineers to deal with the problem to the customer, which is very convenient.

Judging from the consensus between our agents and the MSI brand, this has seriously disrupted the market order and is also a waste of resources.
