On December 18, the Office of the Huangjiang Town Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters issued the "Emergency Notice on the Suspension of Medical Institutions in Huangjiang Town", and from that day on, except for Dongguan Huangjiang Hospital, Dongguan Huangjiang South National Women's and Children's Hospital, Dongguan Huangjiang Town Community Health Service Center and its 8 subordinate sites, Dongguan Huangjiang Kanghu Nursing Home, Dongguan Huangjiang Jingcheng Outpatient Department, all types of medical institutions at all levels in the town (including outpatient departments, clinics, health centers, and infirmaries) were suspended, and the specific opening time will be notified separately.
In order to prevent management loopholes and ensure that epidemic prevention and control measures are in place, the Huangjiang Town Health Bureau has specially formulated an inspection work plan, and since the morning of December 9, four teams have conducted the first round of inspections of hospital institutions in the town. During the inspection, it was found that 106 medical institutions in the town, except for 13 that can be opened according to regulations, the remaining 93 have all been suspended, and all of them can strictly implement the epidemic prevention and control management regulations.
It is specially recommended to the general public that during the epidemic prevention and control period, patients with one of the "top ten symptoms of the new crown" (fever, dry cough, runny nose, sore throat, decreased sense of smell and taste, diarrhea, conjunctivitis, myalgia, fatigue, nasal congestion) and above should take the initiative to go to the fever clinic of Huangjiang Hospital (No. 810 Fumin South Road, Huangjiang Town, Dongguan City) without going to the community health service agency in Huangjiang Town for referral.
When visiting the fever clinic of Huangjiang Hospital, after communication between the staff of Huangjiang Hospital and the Community Health Service Center of Huangjiang Town, the referral and social security settlement can be handled directly on the spot.
