Recently, the Huangjiang Town Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Office launched a comprehensive attack operation, divided into four groups to go deep into more than 50 Internet cafes in the front line of the community to carry out inspection and law enforcement work, strengthen the safety management of Internet cafes, and rectify the existing uncivilized behavior.
In this operation, each group of inspection and law enforcement personnel focused on inspecting the registration of the real-name system on the Internet, ensuring that one person, one certificate, and real-name registration; checking whether minors were accepted on the Internet in violation of the law, achieving real names and real cards, and strictly prohibiting the acceptance of minors into Internet cafes on the Internet; and checking whether masks were worn as required and smoking was strictly prohibited.
During the inspection, no phenomenon of minors accessing the Internet was found, but it was found that some Internet cafes such as Ascendas Internet Cafe, Zhibo Internet Cafe, Jinxun Internet Cafe, Kanghu Internet Cafe, etc. were not obvious or posted, such as prohibiting minors from surfing the Internet and wearing masks during the epidemic situation, and there were phenomena such as smoking in Internet cafes, not wearing masks, and the air was turbid and littered with debris, and law enforcement personnel immediately ordered the person in charge of the place to immediately clean up the scene, clean up, remove debris and cigarette butts, and all Internet personnel wore masks and did not wear masks for clearance.
In addition, law enforcement personnel have carried out publicity and education on laws and regulations such as anti-smoking regulations and regulations on the management of public entertainment venues for Internet café operators and managers, and strictly ordered the owners of Internet cafes to strictly abide by the relevant provisions and operate in accordance with the law, and to do a good job of rectification in accordance with the requirements of relevant standards.
A total of more than 60 staff were dispatched, covering 52 Internet cafes, verifying nearly 500 pieces of information about Internet personnel, cleaning more than 1,500 smoke cylinders, ordering owners to remove nearly 10 cubic meters of garbage and debris, and issuing more than 20 rectification notices.
Next, the Huangjiang Town Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Office will work with the public security and cultural departments to carry out a "look back" action, urge the owners of Internet cafes to complete the rectification of relevant problems with high requirements, increase the daily inspection of Internet cafes in the town, and conduct surprise inspections from time to time, so as to purify the operating environment of Internet cafes all day and round, and create a good civilized, clean and healthy atmosphere for the vast number of people in Internet café places.
