It is clearly recorded in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms:

That is to say, according to the records of Chinese history, Hua Tuo and Cao Cao were fellow countrymen, both from Bozhou, Anhui, but in Guangzhou, they accidentally found a manuscript of Mr. Chen Yinke, but he proved: Hua Tuo was not Chinese, but Indian?
Chen Yinke is a rare figure in China who is a collection of historians, classical literature researchers, linguists, and poets in one hundred years, together with Lu Simian, Chen Yuan, and Qian Mu, known as the "Four Great Masters of Historiography of the Predecessors", the author was also very surprised when he learned that Master Chen Yinke said such words, but Master Chen Yinke is very rigorous in scholarship, you may wish to listen to why he has such a conclusion.
After research, he said that the pronunciation of Huatuo Chinese is similar to the pronunciation of "agada (medicine Luohan)", which is today's India, that is to say, Huatuo is actually the medicine god of India, which is one of them. Second, Tianzhu appeared similar to Hu Medicine before Hua Tuo invented Hemp Boiling Dispersion, hua Tuo's real name is Shiki, and it is called "Hua Tuo" for The sake of Indian mythology. Third, the Chronicle of the Three Kingdoms records that when Hua Tuo treated Chen Deng, the Taishou of Guangling, after letting Chen Deng drink the soup medicine, Chen Deng spat out red bugs in his mouth, and then recovered.
