On November 23, Honda released the improved 2022' CBR1000RR-R series supercar.
The new car includes three different versions: the CBR1000RR-R Standard (black fork barrel), the CBR1000RR-R SP (gold fork barrel), and the CBR1000RR-R SP Fireblade "Fireblade" 30th Anniversary SP Limited Edition (Gold Fork Barrel) with an exterior pattern similar to the original 1992' CBR900RR Fireblade "Fire knife".
Honda first introduced the CBR900RR in 1992 – although it wasn't the first 1,000 cc CBR, they introduced the CBR1000F back in 1993, but it was only the sport travel F, not the pure sports car R. For Honda, the new CBR900RR was a "gap filling" product: in the 1990s, Honda produced only a limited and very expensive VFR750R (RC30) and later the RVF750R (RC45) in the field of large sports cars, while the VFR800F, CBR1000F and later the CBR1000XX could hardly be called pure sports cars. The birth of the CBR900RR, in addition to a strong horsepower output, a relatively "reasonable" price, but also redefined the background of the era of large cars: large-displacement models, not necessarily "clumsy", not necessarily the need for "behemoths", and these design thinking, is the "traditional concept" of large cars in that era.
From CBR900RR to CBR929R, CBR954R, to CBR1000RR, CBR1000RR-R, the new 2022' CBR1000RR-R SP 30th Anniversary Limited Edition is a product that pays homage to the original intention of the 1992-2021 journey.

Based on the standard edition of the 2022' CBR1000RR-R, the 2022' CBR1000RR-R SP 30th Anniversary Limited Edition uses the original water-cooled four-stroke in-line four-cylinder engine, with a maximum power output of 160 kw (approximately 217.5 hp). The interior of the engine has been modified to improve performance at medium speeds. Six-speed gearbox with transmission ratio modified for better acceleration.
In terms of body, the 2021 model of aluminum alloy bi-wing frame is used, and the SP version is equipped with S-EC (Smart Electronic Control, Intelligent Electronic Control) electronic suspension system from Ohlins Olins, Brembo's braking system, gold front and rear wheel frames (black wheel frames are standard). The 30th Anniversary Limited Edition features an exterior decal similar to the 1992' CBR900RR classic motif, a laser-etched 30th anniversary on the muffler, keys and body, and corresponding commemorative logos.
Honda says the iconic Fireblade "Fire knife" has grown into an incredible, 1,000 cc sport model since its debut in 1992. It is also the basic vehicle of a racing machine, active in races around the world. And 2022 marks the important anniversary of Fireblade's "Fire knife" because it marks the history of the past three decades – time has proven that Fireblade "Fireblade" is a groundbreaking moving machine.
