After more than two hundred years of prosperity, the Qing Dynasty eventually inevitably came to the point of extinction, but in the late Qing Dynasty, the emperors, empresses, and empresses did not have a satisfactory life. In particular, the Guangxu Emperor, although he ascended the throne as emperor, his actual power was held by Empress Dowager Cixi, and he himself became a puppet.
Not only that, it is said that just the day before Cixi's death, he also secretly poisoned the Guangxu Emperor, and then the reform was released, and when the national archaeological team dug up the tomb of the Guangxu Emperor, a foul smell was emitted, almost stunting everyone at the scene, why did the smell disperse, but the crowd boiled over?

Guangxu was indeed very mysterious to become emperor, he was born in 1871 AD, lived to the age of 3, and met the death of the Tongzhi Emperor. However, the Tongzhi Emperor had no heirs, so as soon as he died, there was no successor to the throne. However, the Qing Dynasty could not be without a monarch for a day, and after consultation among the ministers, they had no choice but to find an heir to the imperial throne from the descendants of emperor Xianfeng. At this time, Empress Dowager Cixi, who had already controlled the power, took it upon herself to support Guangxu, who was only four years old, to ascend the throne, and Cixi did not do anything else, perhaps she regarded Guangxu as young and ignorant, and she could continue to hold power in a justifiable way.
When Guangxu was just 4 years old, he did not know how to become the emperor, and then many people knelt down to greet him, and he came to stretch out his hands and food to open his mouth, and he had been served by the palace eunuchs who had no knowledge of political affairs and had no ability to manage, and after a long time, the actual power of the Qing court was completely controlled by Cixi. As Guangxu grew older and began to understand things, but distress ensued, he found that he had long been famous and powerless, and had been nakedly made into a puppet emperor. Because he was too distressed, his health has not been good, and he often gets sick and takes medicine.
On November 14, 1908, Guangxu died unexpectedly, followed by the death of Empress Dowager Cixi, and the two died for no more than 24 hours. Anecdotal rumors, Guangxu's death is very strange, before his death that night did not know what to eat, suddenly rolled leaflets covered his stomach and cried out in pain, in a very short period of time he died violently, after his death, his face was black tongue yellow, the shape was frightening. However, Cixi did not intend to repair the emperor's mausoleum for Guangxu before his death, but when he died, the imperial court began to build a Qing Chongling tomb for the emperor who was suffering.
Cixi did not repair the tomb for Guangxu, but his own mausoleum was very gorgeous, and Guangxu did not have a tomb beforehand, resulting in the coffin being placed for 5 years, waiting for the tomb to be repaired before it could be buried. However, the Qing Dynasty always respected Guangxu as the emperor, so it gave a lot of precious funerary items, but unfortunately it leaked the wind, and a few years later the tomb robbers patronized the Guangxu Tomb.
In 1980, the State Administration of Cultural Heritage heard that the Guangxu Mausoleum was almost stolen, in order to rescue cultural relics for the purpose, it sent an archaeological team to excavate it, when the staff opened the stone gate of the underground palace of the Qing Chongling Tomb, because the mausoleum was sealed for too long, many items inside had already decayed, and its stench immediately rushed out through the tomb door, smoking the archaeologists on the site almost faint, but the crowd still endured, looking forward to finding more precious cultural relics. When they entered, the archaeologists were disappointed, and the funerary items of the original Guangxu Mausoleum were almost stolen, and an archaeologist who had painstakingly excavated at that time exploded in anger.
However, when the coffin was opened, some workers found that Guangxu's body was somewhat unusual, and the strangest thing was that his hands seemed to be particularly tight. Out of work experience, experts soon saw that Guangxu was holding something in the palm of his hand, and after careful manipulation, finally Guangxu's hands were opened, and a pair of conjoined jade jade bracelets appeared in his left hand, and a piece of chicken blood stone was held in his right hand.
Afterwards, after the study of antique experts, these are two valuable treasures, which are rare in the world, and Guangxu held them in his hands after his death, which cleverly avoided the robbery of the tomb robbers. In addition, it is said that the archaeological team also dug a golden well in the Guangxu Mausoleum, which is also of great value.
