Not long after the opening, the air conditioning of the new car had a problem, Mr. Xue went to the 4S shop for repairs, and the clerk quickly replaced the new air conditioner for the car. The new car broke down and replaced parts, Mr. Xue was already dissatisfied, and he did not expect that what was waiting for Mr. Xue next was a shock. At the beginning of December 2021, Mr. Xue drove his car to a foreign country for business, and it was already early in the morning, and when he was ready to go back to the hotel to rest, he found that the smart key of the car did not work at all. In the early hours of the morning, in the unfamiliar suburbs of the field, Mr. Xue was in a bad mood.
In desperation, Mr. Xue could only call the Geely 4S store to apply for rescue, but at that time, he and the car were not in Jiujiang City, and it was unrealistic to ask after-sales service personnel to rescue in other places. Mr. Xue contacted Geely Haotong Automobile 4S Shop by phone and said that he asked to return or change the car. The other party said that he needed to drive the car back to the shop and could not give a reply until the situation was clarified. The special search reporter then also got in touch with Geely's official customer service, and the customer service said that when Mr. Xue drove the car back to the 4S store, they would definitely urge the after-sales personnel to find out the situation as soon as possible and cooperate with Mr. Xue to solve the vehicle quality problem.
On December 9, Mr. Xue ended his business trip and drove back to the Jiujiang Geely 4S store. At present, the staff of the 4S shop is doing system upgrades and debugging work for the problem vehicle, and then give Mr. Xue a solution when the problem is identified.
