In order to make the evaluation more objective and fair, Hua Dad referred to the evaluation method in the "GB/T 23776 Tea Sensory Evaluation Method", and found four colleagues who love to drink substitute tea in the office to blindly test the aroma and taste of 10 substitute teas.
Assessment Methodology
Place the substitute tea in a teacup, soak in 150mL of boiling water for 3 min, and drain the tea soup.
Evaluators evaluate aromas and tastes.
The second brew is 5 minutes to drain the tea soup, and the aroma and taste are evaluated in turn.
The result was a comprehensive evaluation of two brews.
Experimentalist measurement chart
The results are as follows:
Jin X'er, Song X Nian, Ta M Jin, and Que H Tang were unanimously praised by the four evaluators.

Hua Dad used 150ml of boiling water to brew for 3 minutes, then poured out the tea, and then repeatedly brewed the tea bag twice to compare the clarity of the soup color.

Security detection
According to the sampling of substitute tea in recent years, the unqualified rate of lead, sulfur dioxide, coliform bacteria and 11 pesticide residues is high.
