Dai Weimin said that when the RISC-V architecture was just emerging, China's innovation response was relatively slow, even slower than India, Russia and the European Union, but with the support of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, the China RISC-V Industry Alliance took the lead in establishing, leading the RISC-V technology development and ecological construction, and the current alliance members have reached 140.

Dai Weimin stressed: "I hope to build the Dishui Lake Forum into a new Songshan Lake Forum. Songshan Lake Forum has introduced a total of 63 companies since 2011, and 91% of all the chips promoted have been successfully mass-produced. Among them, 12 companies were successfully listed after the promotion, and 4 more were successfully held in the second half of this year, and the listing rate of the promoting enterprises reached 25.4%. ”

Dai Weimin pointed out that the current turnover rate of the chip industry has reached 15%, and the talent problem has long hindered the development of enterprises, among which the problems of hukou, housing and children's education are the three core problems of talent loss, but Shanghai Lingang can solve these three major problems with enterprises well and is a place that can cultivate talents. Therefore, VeriSilicon chose to set up a 1.3 billion yuan R&D center in Shanghai Lingang to accelerate the construction of the talent system and expand the layout of the business system.
