Throughout the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, an important task of Dai Kasa was to assassinate traitors and generals. This has deterred many traitors who have surrendered or are ready to surrender. Han Fuyu, the character XiangFang, was originally a subordinate of Feng Yuxiang. In 1930, he betrayed Feng Yuxiang and followed Chiang Kai-shek. In order to win him over, Chiang Kai-shek appointed him chairman of Shandong Province. During his tenure, Han Fuyu acted arbitrarily and arbitrarily, repeatedly appointing private individuals, as if he were the Tu Emperor of Shandong. The people complained. Han Fuyu's ambitions are not limited to Shandong. During the Xi'an Incident, he called Zhang Xueliang to express his support for "overthrowing Chiang Kai-shek." It was precisely because of this incident that he completely offended Chiang Kai-shek. After the July 7 Incident, a large number of Japanese troops in North China moved south. Han Fuyu was appointed deputy commander of the Fifth Theater and commander-in-chief of the Third Army, responsible for commanding the Shandong military. Chiang Kai-shek sent a telegram asking him to hold on to the north bank of the Yellow River. Han Fuyu refused to send troops on the grounds that the area on the north shore was small and it was difficult to deploy troops. After repeated urging, he led his troops north. Along the way, he stopped and stopped, stopping and walking, intending to wait and see the battle situation and preserve his strength.

By December 20, 1937, the Japanese army broke through the Yellow River and approached the city of Jinan, and a few days later, the Japanese army captured Jinan and once again created the "Jinan Massacre". Han Fuyu fled without a fight, and led his troops to retreat west to the area of Juye and Cao County in southwest lu. Han Fuyu's non-resistance allowed the Japanese to rush straight to Xuzhou along the Jinpu Railway. Li Zongren, who was on the xuzhou front, was furious, and he immediately asked Chiang Kai-shek to punish Han Fuyu. Chiang Kai-shek secretly ordered Dai Kasa to arrest Han Fuyu. Of course, Han Fuyu would not be slaughtered by others, he still had military power in his hands, and he joined forces with Liu Xiang, chairman of Sichuan Province, to secretly plan and cooperate against Jiang, proposing that Liu Xiang lead his men to block the road of Jiang's army into Sichuan, and he himself moved his troops to Nanyang and Xiangfan to help. Relying on his spies, Dai Kasa knew the entire contents of the telegrams exchanged between Liu and Han. Later, he further learned that Han Fuyu had contacted the commander of the North China Dispatch Army, Koiso Kuniaki, and the great secret agent Kenji Toihara, hoping to "independent autonomy" in Shandong and remain his tu emperor. In order to avoid hitting the grass and startling the snake, Dai Kasa decided to do something to Han Fuyu first.
To this end, he consulted with his close subordinates Wang Zhaohuai and Gong Xianhang to come up with a plan to invite Jun into the urn. In January 1938, he took Wang and Gong north from Hankou. After arriving in Henan, police chief Yang Wei came to report on the work. When Han Fuyu was mentioned, he was very dissatisfied. Dai Kasa knew that Han Fuyu had a lot of eyes and ears here, and deliberately said to Yang Wei: "You are a student of the principal, and Chairman Han is the cadre of the principal, how can you say bad things about him in private?" I tell you, the principal will soon come to Kaifeng for a military conference, and Chairman Han will also come. You help me arrange a few places to entertain them, then you must treat them well, and if there are any financial difficulties, I am responsible for them!
When Han Fuyu heard these words, he was finally relieved. On January 9, Han Fuyu arrived in Kaifeng. At 7 p.m. on the 11th, he attended the meeting of senior anti-Japanese generals in the north, chaired by Chiang Kai-shek himself. Before entering the venue, the meeting guards arranged by Dai Kasa deliberately confiscated Han Fuyu's two pistols. At the meeting, Chiang Kai-shek accused Han Fuyu: "XiangFang, Jinan has lost, who bears this responsibility?" Not willing to show weakness, Han Fuyu stood up and replied, "Chairman of the Reporting Committee, it is my responsibility for the fall of Jinan, but who is responsible for the fall of Nanjing?" Hearing these words, Chiang Kai-shek was furious and roared: "When Nanjing falls, naturally someone is responsible."
The fall of Jinan is your responsibility, what crime should you be guilty of?" As soon as these words came out, the atmosphere in the venue suddenly became tense. At this time, Liu Zhi, who had been entrusted by Dai Kasa, hurriedly pulled Han Fuyu out of the conference room and came to a small car in the courtyard. He let Han Fuyu get into the car, "You calm down here first, and I will continue to attend the meeting." When Liu Zhi walked away, Wang Zhaohuai and others hiding in the back seat of the car held him hostage out of the courtyard. Han Fuyu realized that he had been hit. Subsequently, Han Fuyu was taken hostage to the railway station. Then, Dai Kasa ordered him to be escorted to Hankou. Beginning on January 19, He Yingqin interrogated Han fuyu three times on behalf of the Kuomintang government. On the 24th, Han Fuyu was sentenced to execution by firing squad and immediately executed on charges of "disobeying orders, retreating without authorization, taking advantage of the situation to extort tobacco and soil, extorting donations from the people, embezzling public funds, and confiscating people's guns." He became the first general to be executed since the all-out War of Resistance. After Han Fuyu solved it, it was time to attack Liu Xiang.
At that time, Liu Xiang was recuperating in the hospital, and his condition was no longer serious. Dai Kasa bribed the doctor who treated him, manipulated the medicine, and eventually poisoned Liu Xiang. Regarding Liu Xiang's death, there is also a folk saying that "shooting Han Fuyu scared Liu Xiang to death". It is said that after Han Fuyu was executed, He Yingqin went to the Hankou Wanguo Hospital to visit Liu Xiang, who was ill. From He Yingqin, Liu Xiang actually saw his secret telegram with Han Fuyu. The next day, Liu Xiang began to vomit blood in a big mouth, and died not long after. Either way, Liu Xiang eventually died. As soon as Liu Xiang died, the Sichuan army was leaderless, and the generals of various factions were drawn in and bribed by Chiang Kai-shek, and the central army was able to enter Sichuan.
Dai Kasa made another contribution to Chiang Kai-shek and the War of Resistance.
