Tianji 9000 was officially released using TSMC 4nm process

On December 16, MediaTek held a press conference this afternoon to officially release the Flagship 5G mobile platform of Tianji 9000.

The Tianji 9000 uses TSMC's 4nm process, and the CPU adopts a new generation of Armv9 architecture, including 1 Arm Cortex-X2 super core with a main frequency of up to 3.05GHz, 3 Arm Cortex-A710 large cores with a main frequency of up to 2.85GHz, and 4 Arm Cortex-A510 energy efficiency cores with a frequency of 1.8GHz, with a built-in 14MB super capacity cache combination. The Tianji 9000 is equipped with Arm Mali-G710 flagship ten-core GPU, supports LPDDR5X memory, transfer rates up to 7500Mbps, and supports dual-channel UFS3.1 flash memory. The Tianji 9000 is equipped with the flagship 18-bit HDR-ISP image signal processor Imagiq 790, three ISPs processing speeds of up to 9 billion pixels per second, supporting up to 320 million pixel cameras.

It is reported that the terminal of the Flagship 5G mobile platform of Tianji 9000 is expected to be listed in the first quarter of 2022, and OPPO, Vivo and Redmi will all launch products equipped with the Tianji 9000 flagship chip.
