The Tianji 9000 takes the lead in TSMC's advanced 4nm process, and the CPU adopts a new generation armv9 architecture for the next decade, including 1 Arm Cortex-X2 super core with a frequency of up to 3.05GHz, 3 Arm Cortex-A710 large cores with a main frequency of up to 2.85GHz, and 4 Arm Cortex-A510 energy efficiency cores with a main frequency of 1.8GHz, and a built-in 14MB super capacity cache combination. Compared with the 2021 Android flagship, the performance is 35% higher and the energy efficiency is 37%.

The Tianji 9000 is equipped with Arm Mali-G710 flagship ten-core GPU, supports LPDDR5X memory, transfer rates up to 7500Mbps, and supports dual-channel UFS3.1 flash memory.

Tianji 9000 integrates MediaTek's fifth-generation AI processor APU 590, which adopts energy-efficient AI architecture design, gives full play to the advantages of mixing accuracy, flexibly uses integer precision and floating-point precision arithmetic, and improves the performance and energy efficiency of the previous generation by 4 times, providing energy-efficient AI computing power for thousands of applications such as smartphone cameras, videos, streaming media, and games.

In terms of imaging, the Tianji 9000 is equipped with the flagship 18-bit HDR-ISP image signal processor Imagiq 790, and the three ISPs process up to 9 billion pixels per second, supporting up to 320 million pixel cameras.
