At that time, when the Red Army was fighting in Yangpingkou, the number of troops at the end of the war was expanded from more than 1200 to 1500 people, which made the Red Army not have so much funds to support, so there was no way to find Yang Changyin under the arrangement of the superiors, and borrowed 400 oceans from him, and also signed an IOU.
At that time, Yang Changyin knew that the Red Army needed help, did not hesitate to take out more than three hundred oceans at home, and also made up more than a hundred with relatives at home, which was handed over to the Red Army, which helped the Red Army a big favor, and then kept this IOU and never took it out, until 2015, Yang Mingrong took out the grandfather's IOU, and then found the government at the time, which let more people know that his grandfather had lent money to the Red Army.
