He was a famous poet of ancient Greece and a blind singer who walked around. The dates of his life and death are unknown, but he is said to have composed two of the ancient Greek narrative epics, the Iliad and the Odyssey.
There are many legends about Homer's life experience, but it is more credible that Homer was born near Asia Minor and lived between the 9th and 8th centuries BC. He was a blind musician who organized, revised and supplemented short folk songs, and then injected his own unique art into the famous epics "Iliad" and "Odyssey", which were later known as Homer's epics.

The Iliad and the Odyssey are not only rare treasures in the history of ancient Greek art, but also common artistic treasures of all mankind. The story described in "Iliad" takes place in the 12th century BC, and the author uses extraordinary narrative techniques to intercept fragments of the 10-year-long Iliad War, describe the legendary plot of the war, and extremely render the great image of the Greek hero Achilles. The Odyssey, on the other hand, centers on the adventures and lives of Oedysseus during his last 40 days of 10 years of sea drift, depicting Oedysseus's undaunted qualities and celebrating his wisdom, bravery and loyalty.
Homer's epic is very different from other epics in that it uses a highly rhythmic six-tone line of poetry, without tail rhymes, which is more conducive to recitation and chanting. In order to achieve perfect rhythmic beauty, Homer reused some words, although it was not helpful to the text, but when chanting, it could give people a twist and turn of beauty like a symphony. In terms of artistic techniques and forms of expression, Homer uses a large number of metaphors to set off the atmosphere and make the character image jump on the paper. The artistic techniques used by Homer have formed a permanent artistic charm after a long period of testing.
