Aika Auto learned from relevant channels that FAW Toyota Corolla Rebbe will announce pre-sale on December 24. The new car is based on the Toyota TNGA-C platform, positioned as a compact SUV, in the family product line, the Corolla Release positioning is lower than the RAV4 Rongfang, and GAC Toyota Fenglanda is a sister model from the same platform.
From the design point of view, FAW Toyota Corolla Sharp Look adopts the design of the American version of the Corolla Cross, the front face of the large area of shaped black mesh looks very fierce, and the grille interior adopts a dot matrix design style, with a thick black front surround. On the side of the body, the Corolla Rebbe is equipped with a black decorative kit, which has a strong crossover design style. In terms of body size, the Corolla Rebahn has a length, width and height of 4460/1825/1620mm and a wheelbase of 2640mm.
In terms of the tail, the corolla's sharp tail echoes the front face, using a narrow headlight group, a trapezoidal plate frame shape, and a black rear surround, and the Headlight group and the tail trim are marked with the English logo of "Corolla Cross".
In terms of power, the Corolla Rebolm is equipped with a 2.0L engine with a maximum power of 126 kW (171 hp) and a peak torque of 209 Nm, matching the CVT gearbox. It is expected that in 2022, the Corolla Rebbe will launch a hybrid version.
