Xinhua News Network News (Reporter Kang Aijun Liming) On December 14, the Standing Committee of the Eighteenth People's Congress of the county held its first meeting to deliberate on matters related to the appointment and dismissal of personnel; to hear and deliberate the report of the county people's government on the preparation of the budget of the departments at the same level at the county level in 2022; to report on the work of cracking down on telecommunications network fraud and cross-border prominent crimes; and to deliberate the list of the qualification examination committee of the eighteenth people's congress standing committee of Xinhua County (draft). Yang Shaohong, chairman of the county people's congress standing committee, presided over the meeting, and Zeng Lingbin, Zeng Xinhua, Zeng Chaohui, Chen Yuanhuai, vice chairmen of the county people's congress standing committee, and members of the standing committee of the eighteenth county people's congress attended the meeting. Wang Wenhong, deputy secretary of the county party committee and secretary of the political and legal committee of the county party committee, was specially invited to attend the meeting; Zhao Tanhua, member of the standing committee of the county party committee and executive deputy county governor; Yan Luoyang, member of the standing committee of the county party committee, director of the county party committee office, and director of the county finance bureau; Liao Ximing, member of the standing committee of the county party committee and deputy county chief; Ouyang Zhuoliang, deputy county governor and director of the county public security bureau; Chen Yonggang, deputy county chief candidate; Luo Zhongqing, executive vice chairman of the county CPPCC committee; Tan Zhiqiang, president of the county people's court; Liu Yurong, chief procurator of the county people's procuratorate; and Li Jian, political commissar of the county public security bureau, attended the meeting as observers.
The meeting deliberated on matters concerning the appointment and dismissal of personnel, and the meeting passed the "Motion on Requesting Acceptance of Li Hongtao's Resignation as a Deputy to the Sixth People's Congress of Loudi City," the meeting elected Zou Wenhui as a deputy to the Sixth People's Congress of Loudi City, and the meeting appointed Liao Ximing and Chen Yonggang as deputy county governors of the Xinhua County People's Government. Liao Ximing, Chen Yonggang and relevant personnel successively took the constitutional oath.
At the meeting, Zhao Tanhua was entrusted by Comrade Zuo Zhifeng, the county magistrate of the county people's government, to read out a motion on the "Report on the Preparation of the Budget of the County Department at the Same Level in Xinhua County in 2022". Yan Luoyang was entrusted by the county people's government to make the "Report on the Preparation of the Budget of The County Department at the Same Level in 2022 in Xinhua County". Wang Wenzu, chairman of the Financial and Economic Committee of the County People's Congress, made a report on the results of the review of the budget preparation of the county departments at the same level in 2022. The members of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress deliberated the above report. Zeng Chaohui read out the "Resolution on Approving the 2022 County Department Budget of Xinhua County (Draft)". The members of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress voted and passed the resolution.
At the meeting, on behalf of the county people's government, Ouyang Zhuoliang made a report on the work of cracking down on telecommunications network fraud and cross-border prominent crimes; Liu Xiao, member of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress and vice chairman of the Supervision and Judicial Committee of the County People's Congress, made a "Research Report on the Special Work of Xinhua County in Cracking Down on Telecommunications Network Fraud and Cross-border Prominent Crimes." The members of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress deliberated the above report. Zeng Lingbin read out the "Opinions on the Deliberation Opinions on the Special Work Report on Cracking Down on Telecommunications Network Fraud and Cross-border Prominent Crimes in Our County (Draft)". The members of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress voted to pass this resolution, and handed over to the county people's government the "Deliberation Opinions on the Special Work Report on Cracking Down on Telecommunications Network Fraud and Cross-border Prominent Crimes in Xinhua County."
At the meeting, Zeng Xinhua read out the list of the Qualification Examination Committee of the Standing Committee of the Eighteenth People's Congress of Xinhua County (draft). The members of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress voted to approve the list (draft). Chen Yuanhuai, chairman of the Qualification Examination Committee for Deputies of the Standing Committee of the Eighteenth County People's Congress, and other members of the Standing Committee of the Eighteenth County People's Congress took the constitutional oath.
Attending the meeting were members of the County Supervision Commission, the Government Office, the Financial and Economic Committee of the County People's Congress, the Members of the Supervision and Judicial Committee, the chairmen of some township and town people's congresses, and some county people's congress deputies.
