We haven't heard from Dead space: Remake for a while, and while the early development demos were exciting (click to the site to review the >>), we also wanted to know what new content Deadspace: Remake would bring. Recently, a new job posting by EA Motive Studio, which developed Dead Space: Remake, found that Dead Space: Remake may have an open-world element.

The job was for Narrative Director and listed several requirements for candidates, one of which was: "Experience creating narrative content for an open-world experience." Because EA Motive Studios is smaller and typically only works on one project at a time, this position is unlikely to be outside of Dead Space: Remake.

For Dead Space, which has a classic linear narrative, it seems to have little to do with the open world, but considering that the dead space reboot is a complete remake, and the development team has indicated that it will add the originally deleted content, the most likely scenario is that a part of the area provides a similar open world area exploration, and there are branches of the area, but it is still within the main line as a whole, which is also conducive to expanding the backstory of the dead space world.

Dead space: remake has been developed for nearly two years, using EA's own Frostbite engine (battlefield series engine), industry insiders have previously revealed that the game will be released as soon as the end of 2022, looking forward to this most classic horror game will bring us a new experience.
