Leju Finance Liu Zhiying reported on December 15 that Chen Zheng, global design director, chief brand operation officer, chairman of Changan European Design Center, general manager of Changan Automobile's brand public relations department and press spokesman, has left Changan Automobile due to family and personal reasons, and is suspected of bidding farewell to the automotive industry.
According to Leju Finance, Chen Zheng joined Changan Automobile in 2002. From 2002 to 2008, he was a creative designer of Changan Automobile. From 2008 to 2013, he was the design director of Changan Automobile's European Design Center. In 2013 and 2017, he was promoted to Global Design Director of Changan Automobile Global Design Center, Vice President of Changan Automotive Engineering Research Institute, and Executive Vice President of Changan Automobile Styling Design Institute.
