Focus on inspecting the health of personnel, processing operations, raw material control, food labeling, food storage, raw material destruction records, etc. After on-site inspection and viewing of the surveillance video in the store, no expired raw materials and changes in shelf life were found.
Among them, the supervision and inspection results of 208 stores are: in line with (food safety requirements), the remaining 18 stores have problems such as irregular purchase and sales inventory and scrap records, garbage cans in the processing area are not covered, opened ingredients are not sealed and stored, individual employees do not wear masks when operating, and food and non-food in the warehouse are mixed. The problems found during the inspection have been dealt with in accordance with law and ordered to be rectified by the relevant units within a time limit.
