Liang Yongbin, director of the Law Enforcement inspection department of the Anhui Provincial Market Supervision Bureau, said on the 13th that the provincial market supervision system took the "iron fist" action as the command and solidly carried out a series of special law enforcement actions, and the results were very outstanding.

In April 2021, Anhui organized the "Iron Fist" action to investigate and handle cases in the field of people's livelihood in 2021, strengthen the connection between executions and regional coordination, accurately and heavily attack, investigate and handle a number of typical cases of bad nature around the masses in accordance with the law, destroy a batch of fake and shoddy goods, and create a safe and secure consumer environment. By the end of November, the market supervision system of Anhui Province had investigated and handled 44,600 cases of various types, including 23,220 cases of food safety violations, 3,461 cases of intellectual property violations, and 3,324 cases of quality violations. The total number of cases handled by Anhui Province ranks fourth in the country.

In terms of strengthening the connection between executions, establish green channels for the transfer of administrative law enforcement and criminal justice leads and inspection and testing. The Anhui Provincial Market Supervision Bureau and the Provincial Public Security Department jointly listed and supervised 25 major cases. The Wuhu Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, the Public Security Bureau, and the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau jointly destroyed a den of illegal production and sale of buffalo-injected beef, with a case value of 2.09 million yuan. The Chizhou Municipal Market Supervision Bureau and the Public Security Bureau jointly investigated and handled a case of counterfeit Moutai liquor, with a case value of 25 million yuan and 12 people taking compulsory measures.

In terms of strengthening regional coordination, strengthen the Yangtze River Delta, Huaihai Economic Zone and other regional liaison consultations, lead transfer, case co-investigation, Anhui Province received a total of more than 150 clues from the Yangtze River Delta market supervision department, more than 150 letters (pieces), all of which organized co-investigation feedback at the first time, shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui market supervision departments have cooperated in investigating and handling more than 40 cases.

In addition, from April to July this year, Anhui also organized a special action to rectify refined oil products in combination with the requirements of the central environmental protection inspector. A total of 1379 illegal refueling stations were sorted out, 856 illegal mobile refueling trucks (boats) (only), 364 cases were filed and investigated by administrative law enforcement organs, 11.08 million yuan was fined and confiscated, and 722 tons of refined oil products were confiscated; 255 cases were filed by public security organs and 222 people were taken compulsory measures.
