Sony recently announced a new version of the PS Plus service that has been circulating online for a long time

About putting our own games into this service on the launch day, or any of our services... As you know, this is not our past strategy. Nor will it be our strategy for this new service.

We felt that if we took PlayStation Studios' games (which were added to the subscription service on launch day), the virtuous circle of (investment leads to success, success makes the company invest more, more investment leads to more success) will be broken. We won't be able to invest in the studio at the same level, and we don't think the knock-on effect on the quality of first-party games is something that players will be happy to see.

I don't want to talk to death. Today I'm talking about what we're doing in the short term. Now, our distribution model is feasible, and [the practice of joining PS Plus on the first day] is not reasonable. But as we know, it's a rapidly changing industry.

— SIE CEO Jim Ryan said Sony first-party games will not join the new PS Plus on the first day

Emil Pagliarulo is a veteran at Bethesda Games Studios and currently serves as design director for Starry Sky

You need to focus on the most important things, and the most important thing is, are you passionate enough to invest your life in making games?

You know, the game is fun. That's why we love them. And a lot of times, making games can be fun. But you know what? There are also many times when making a game is not fun. It's hard work. It's stressful. Depending on your position, there may be a lot of variables to manage. So you really need to be the kind of person who can stick with it, stick to your vision, and share your creativity with like-minded teams. Because at the end of it all, there's really nothing more meaningful than seeing your game on the shelves, or available for download, or part of the public conversation. But the best part, the absolutely best part, is playing the game after it's released and realizing, "Wow, this game is awesome." And I'm a part of that." So, love what you're passionate about, don't ignore it, and be ready to work.

— Starry Sky Chief Design Director Emil Pagliarulo's advice to future gamers

Recently, "Tekken 7" players launched a series of very well-made "Eldon's Ring of Law" Mod

belch...... Yes, "Old Man Ring" is a game published by Bandai Namco, and I was once the general manager of the "Old Man Ring" product, so I can't say that it has nothing to do... This Mod is a real cow. But please don't do it...

You may not know it, but there are a lot of people who think it's official, or misunderstand us or contact us. But I want you to know that there are a lot of people in our community who have made some noise based on this misconception.

—— "Iron Fist" series producer Katsuhiro Harada on the recent "Tekken 7" player-made "Eldon's Ring" Mod
